Well, the moon rotates once a month just as it orbits once a month. What if we could attach a material embedded with flexible solar panelling to a spacecraft spool wound on the bobbit and then let the moon wind itself round about until it glistened with Son of God POWER!! and caught all the solar energy which could then be stored in microwave generators and beamed to good old terra firma?!

The space craft spool would feed the solar panel "carpet" out at the rate of the moon's circumference over the period of rotation. The carpet would be perhaps 20 feet wide so the space craft would shuttle like your fishing reel.

I know this may sound far fetched but they laughed at the Righteous Brothers, too.

I am still working on this idea. I might need a little bit of liquor to get the details...
