If you have something to say about the ME please share it with us. Lindy Bill and others here do a good job of covering the ME situation. I'm just talking about priorities. Reading the leftist/socialist boards here on SI is a good proxy for understanding the mindset of the Dem base. They see that focusing election dialog on sex, contraception, religion, the whole social conservative agenda, is a winning tactic on gaining the votes of moderates and independents, the swing voters who determine election outcomes in this country. And my point is if the GOP lets the Dems and the MSM get away with setting priorities and avoiding the most important issues, then we're toast. Simple as that.
