Dennis, June, is this not around the time that Guardian for the first time announced a 50,000 shares buy the day they actually bought instead of as usual, wait until they have to file (by the 10th day of the following month?) At the time I said, beware, this is possibly another Vinik like trick (promoting astock you plan to sell). Apparently, this little discrepancy in their reporting was simply another indication of trouble brewing which the thread chose to ignore.
