Nonsense. The process of valuing a business is certainly no limited to looking at its earnings or loss...

That was your reply to my statement that We should expect BORL to be trading in the $7 to $9 range based on simple arithmetic. I have highlighted the part that you obviously missed prior to crafting your reply.

Assuming that Del thinks that the acquisition will add to the value of the company, then the dilution in stock has to be more than offset by the added value, and the stock has to be worth more than 12 a share, where it was before the acquisition hit. Is that it?
