Not sure.Main risk is rents falling as muti family units come on line

Also remember in 1998 in Fort Lauderdale a one bedroom condo on a canal with a boat slip was selling for 50K and 2 bedroom 70K.Houses should not be that expensive and will remain at a good price.Rental housing will make you work for your money.Although, if you are young,motivated ,hard working and not a genius or lucky it is one of the few areas that can make you rich.Anybody can play
