All terrorists are entitled to all the rights and benefits of an American citizen, that they're innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, that they're entitled to legal representation, that they must be treated fairly, and that they cannot be harassed or embarrassed or be made to feel uncomfortable under any circumstance... *BUT*, if the terrorist is an American citizen, then we can just go whack them?
