I've been requested to post the following ... please don't contact me requesting further info ... as I know nothing more.

**********************************************************************

This explanation is for Denis and anyone else that's stupid enough to
believe that I am being 'investigated' by someone. This will be the last
time I address this issue.

Ms. Cynthia Miltimore and I had a personal relationship from November
1994 until June, 1997. In early July of 1997, Ms. Miltimore contacted
the San Diego Police Dept. and filed charges against me for false
impersonation. The ensuing 'investigation' by the police
consisted of 2 phone calls from them to her. They have never asked her
to sign a formal complaint. As of today (Nov.23,1997) the charge is
still open. Ms. Miltimore assures me that she will go to the Police
Dept. tomorrow and have the charge dropped.

The police dept. phone # is 619-531-2000. The case # is 97052368. Their
files should reflect a dropped status by 5 PM PST tomorrow (11/24/97.

There's the whole story and it's more apparent than ever that some of
you jerks will go to any length to trash IPM to get yourself a lower
stock price -- for whatever reason.

Best of luck to the rest of you.
