coming from somebody who does not even cringe at comments from shorts anymore, I can honestly say the best thing to do is ignore these comments unless he can bring in some meaningful facts and examples other than broad based generic topics. There has really been only one bear that has convinced me of why he had a true short position and it was Roger Babb on the Citrix System thread. He backed up his negative comments with facts, the only difference was how you interpreted them. Luckily he has been wrong so far and admits it. So, I would say unless we see meaningful facts and interpretations as to why scname is short and making these "Doomday" comments, ignore him.
