One could reasonably make the case he reduced his holdings because he closed down his fund, returned investor funds, and is managing his own money, as he said he would, to avoid the excessive regulations being imposed across-the-board throughout the industry.

I am sure that this bet is but a drop in the ocean for Mr. Soros and good thing that. IOC is the classic Emperor's new clothes stock. I have been following it for three years. Nothing but balloon juice. No infrastructure. That is why I sold at 65.

By the way, DEJ has income and made money on sale of real oil and gas. While it is true it is eighth from the bottom, IOC was just above it as of the end of February and may be below it now. Also, the contest is for a year not two months. I have made more money on DEJ than George Soros has on IOC.
