I'm not surprised to hear you're confused SMartin! This is my last post on this subject. RMIL shareholders went to their local NASD's to inquire about the delay in recieving their certificates. In the course of that investigation, I'm assuming now, Dempsey Morks' name kept popping-up. Another NASD rep called me and asked my knowledge of Dempsey Mork. I refered her to some good sources. Kuglers' name was indeed brought up by RMIL shareholders, but it is Dempsey Mork that the NASD inquired to me about in their investigation. Kuglers' phone call to me, while it is unethical for a broker to call and suggest I dump my RMIL holdings, is much like your constant critque of me, diversionary.....what is important is DEmpsey Mork shorted RMIL and we had trouble getting our certs. I hope that you are no longer confused about what was discussed with the NASD and I'll consider the matter closed. Also, addmittingly, I egged Kugler on to call me, if you read the posts in context, you know why,You'd have to be VERY confused to think I'd solicit financial advice from Kugler!, Pugs
