I think that’s also pretty unique amongst the healthcare REITs that we especially have no ground leases, joint ventures or other types of joint situations.

Senior Housing Properties Trust today announced it commenced a public offering of 8,000,000 common shares. SNH expects to use the proceeds of this offering to repay amounts outstanding under its revolving credit facility. It is contemplated that the underwriters will also be granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 common shares. Down about 2.5% AH...... SNH has been like a 6 1/2 yielding bond for quite a while. Doesn't move much one way or the other, but for a nice, income producer, this one has been steady. Dividend announced today remains at .38 per share.
