I can't answer your first question but maybe I can find out why he left Kenney, They do business with the company I work for (Ann&Hope). The two people I talked to work at Kenney Mfg. Let me ask you a question: Who do you know that would be a good candidate for Jim's position? Advanced materials/ sporting goods. Jim M. ps: I think Quadrax should send a sales rep to Ann&Hope.
