Mike, One question for you. Mork told me he was short 100,000 shares because he sold a long position and then couldn't deliver the certificates. He also stated that you just simply couldn't short this stock, non-marginable. If what he is saying is correct, why wasn't he been forced to cover already. The 3 daye rule. Is there anyway to independently verify that information. How has he been able to keep from covering if you can't short? thanks

You may not have said that the rumor was true but you certainly implied it. You also jump at the chance to twist information so it looks negative.

I can't shake the feeling that you might be Dempsey Mork. Are you affiliated with him?
