They actually receive many tips daily. People are more polite there. You may be putting more into their graciousness because of your lack of time there. The decline in educational standards along with irresponsible parenting is creating a larger group of poorly educated and lazier working groups. They are a huge problem in our country. It is a shame that we are without a leader.

If the US becomes a Right to Work country my concern is that the US may be spiraling downward with our wages and fringes as we compete with the lower wage countries.

If we don't, we will spiral towards 20% unemployment like Spain and Greece, countries which have allowed their labor prices to far exceed their value. A low wage job is better than a no wage non job.
