Dude, I think the short position is still very large and any good news that can be verified would cause an instant 10 point rally. But Zitel is now immune to rumors, has lost all credibility by crying wolf too many times. "The contract is on the desk" or var announcements won't get it anymore. Now it will take real news of contracts (with revenues) that can be verified with the other party to move the price, but such news would cause a big move.

I still think we are headed to $5, but we may very well see $20 first. (Surely Zitel will get one good contract!) No way I would go long, but shorts must be careful at this point. But longs should be careful too, there is now a lot of potential bad news that could drop it to $5 suddenly.
