Thanks for the url, Pat. Studs really out did himself w/ the
National Book Prize Award acceptance speech. I wonder why he
didn't include Lenny Bruce in his speech? After reading Studs
acceptance speech it's a struggle for me to remember that he
was a longshoreman. Is this a great country or what!

BTW, talking about literary folk - H.L. Mencken lived and died
in the Hollins Market area... I believe the correct name for
the Hollins Market area is Union Square, but my memory is failing
more than usual today.
