In a rush this am, I should have said "it LIKELY would be accretive".
And here's why it's reasonable to presume this would be likely:

Unlike other most players in this space, PAIR is profitable, is growing at an estimated 35% and has net margins of just under 20%. Compare that to likely takeover candidates, such as LU - growing at 20% with net margins of 2-5%.
