In response to your question, what I meant by maximizing shareholder value is that Walker is interested in building a world-class drug-development company. Sometimes that means sacrificing in the short-term to build for the long-term. In my opinion, that is precisely what has happened here. Arris is a much stronger and sounder company today than it was two or three years ago, and although the market fluctuates day to day, over the long-term, value will be recognized. Thus, I sympathize with those who are owners at higher prices, but the company is getting fundamentally stronger, and this will be reflected in the market.

Cheers!
