The law is used infrequently enough for Fed workers participating in election campaign activities. It won't get by the house. They must plan on using them much more frequently. It had always been a stay clear or go to jail, lose your job etc and should stay that way.

I believe much of it is probably for the use of cogressional aides etc.

Yes, the Democrats are working to obliterate the Hatch Act.

The Hatch is so simple yet the Dems want to expand it with all of the exceptions.

Once the Dems get their foot in the door---------the Hatch Act won't be recognized.
Like Obama-non-care it will be a 2000 page document.

And, of course if this were to be passed now obama would be giving exceptions or rather
a staff member would be robo signing the exceptions.

Hawaii, Maryland and the libs in Virginia-------their names are all there.
