Don't mean to bore you with the gold/platinum spread comment - but its action intrigues me. This morning gold was much stronger than platinum which made me think that equity markets, gold, etc were ready to continue on the down side ... but ... ... not sure what happened over the past hour but platinum has surged relative to gold ... its now up 28 relative to gold up 12 ... this suggests to me that equities, gold, etc are poised to move higher - which is consistent with your comments. Or is the high volatility what we should be noting ??? Wish I had the intraday intermarkets charts working ...
