Rumor has it that AMD is going to price their K6's above the pentium's.

I believe the official position is 25% for the equivalent performance making it a "better value proposition" to use Jerry's words. The thing is that if it really and truely is 30% faster than the P-II at the same clock speed, even it if is only one benchmark, then Jerry can justifably say "well, there is no equivalent intel part, so we do not have to stick to the 25% less for this part..." And that would be just fine by me because then maybe AMD could make some money for a change :)

Hell, as long as he cares about the shareholder, thats all that matters to me.
