Ivan,

Basically what you would do is find as many charts as you can that have the same attributes as CADE's chart under the same circumstances and in the ones that go up from the point that CADE is now, find one or more price activities common to them that could be called requisite or prerequisite.

It may be that CADE topped out at or above the IL (there are errant quotes associated with the peak though) and up til now could be considered a rebound failure. At what point does an IL reaction fail to rebound and what needs to take place in the chart before upside activity will occur? (yikes, these questions certainly remind me of those nights spent dismantling charts in every conceivable way to find the IL, MIMBO et al.)
