Mark Bartlett. It was not my intention to focus on your argument but to point out that HungryLion is capable of defending himself. The subject of your disagreement was not the point of the message. People who read these threads are quite capable of making up thier own minds about any poster/subject that they see. My advice is the same to all readers. Check out the things a poster posts, follow them around. Mr. Bartlett makes a very good point here. <<It is clear he did not fully read or appreciate what I was saying to him.>> That may be clear to you Mr. Bartlett, but for it to be clear to a reader, they must look up the argument and decide for themselves. Again, my post was simply to clarify the fact that HungryLion can defend himself. I read HungryLions words and thought the most important thing he did was asking the question the readers needed to see. <<Are you that green or can't you recognize how Struthers and Austin (Stauffer) are hammering the little guy over and over again with their obvious lies.>> In the future I will refrain from including remarks directed at you or from you to avoid further misunderstandings. For the record and all who might read. Issues of right and wrong are decided by the reader, not by the poster. In cyberspace credibility is not a matter of an Email address being available. Other human issues can be decided in the appropriate forum but this one must be settled here. Anonymity is protection in cyberspace, protection for you the reader and for the poster. A poster pointed out in that in "the old days" they would just hack the system and get your personal information. I don't know how anyone else out there feels about this, but walking around with your Visa pinned to your jacket is not a good idea. Having your address tatooed on your face would certainly make your claims of identity easier to verify, wouldn't it. When you walk down the street, nobody can demand proof of who you are, nor is it discernible. The real world is reflected here in cyberspace and anytime I see any poster attacking anonymity I know the attacking poster has an agenda . As an intersting excersise, go see if JKNF ever attacked some messy poster for having no Email address. If you have been following this thread then you know that it was inhabited by a pack of jackals. I warned the jackals that an attack on anonymity would not be tolerated. I did not complain. In light of some recent comments seen on this and other threads, I have made a complaint to SI on several posts. If you are attacked for being an anonymous poster, or if you see an attack on an anonymous poster, please do me a favor. Email jill@techstocks.com and point out the offending posts. Jill will bar the poster for three days. Thank you in advance.
