Eddie, in reading about the problems you've had with the machine and support my question is: have you contacted a SR. MGR of tech support of customer service? I learned a long time ago that if you're really unsatisfied --- go to the top. The president, the VP in charge of Ops, or Tech Support. Send them the email or letter and you'll get satisfaction. Don't mess around with the little guy on the front line; they usually don't have the authority. If someone at Micron realized your buying power, they will listen and try to ensure you're absolutely satisfied.

I realize that a lot of us sit on the site and vent. If you want results you have to take your complaint to someone who has authority to remedy it.... The senior managment of the company.

There have been a couple of well written open letters to Micron in the past few days and I keep thinking that they are misdirected --- they need to be sent to Micron's senior management.
