It was Wilfred who convinced me to join MIS last year. He is the representative of a venture capital company that had placed a private placement with MIS when it was a VSE stock under the old management. He does not play an active role in the administation of the company. We will be adding more Directors. I have approached one individual who has built a very successful franchise co (he recently sold) to join our Board. Her is now in retirement. I feel he would lend credibilty, expertise, and some "grey hair" to our company. He would also keep me on my toes.He completes his obligations with his old company shortly and will decide soon. I do not know if he will join our board. I only mention him so you have an idea of the type of person we will ask to join. We want a board made up of people who will not just rubber stamp managements suggestions. Also, one condition of being named a Director will be that they must purchase some stock and agree to hold it for a certain period of time. I hope this answers your questions. Thank You
