Has anyone taken into account the fact that this 'court hearing' is in France? Folks, there's home court advantage at work here. The French are pissed at the US over Iraq right now anyway, so nail an American company for fun and profit.
Now what does one do if the French judge doesn't rule in IOM's favor.... Well, CNBC, the real 'media' and IOM bears will have a field day.. there will be warnings and downward pressures... but don't you think the big guys who have bought in aren't aware of this possibility also? Does anyone in their right mind think that any of the funds who have recently taken a position in IOM are going to dump IOM over this? It's been public knowledge since September 30th... how many buys do you think have been made since Sept. 30th? Beside the French judge's decision isn't binding on the US courts and the US Customs office.

Just my opinions.
