It is interesting that you, a "business development" expert (LOL), have just come to realize this.

Perhaps GM thought it could convince Obama to double the taxpayer's portion of the purchase price to 15K.

Nothing "cheap" about the tax incentives needed to keep that dog alive.

You have completely ignored the fact that the Volt was indeed used as a political prop to argue for the bailout, and it continues to be used as a political prop by the Obama administration because of its so-called "green technology" status.

Cute. I also worked on the new Sandy Bridge server processor, now known as the Xeon E5.

I suggest you short INTC based on the fact that I worked on their flagship server CPU.
