Statistics are tough on this, but factcheck found that Viagra coverage is no more common than contraceptive coverage.

The important point is that government has not mandated coverage for Viagra, and neither should it mandate coverage for contraceptives.

Over the years, coverage for contraceptives has increased steadily and likely would have continued under market pressures.

There is no reason EITHER ought to be covered if the market doesn't insist on it.
