When I re-copy the cd data to the hard drive, then i can not open the charting program again...

That sound like you're using the 16 bit config program instead of the 32 bit program.

If you have any icons on your desktop, they are probably pointing to the 16 bit version.

Hum, Okay, I haven't recieved my copy yet, so will have to wait and see. Sounds as if Andy and Dale didn't have any problem there.
