Jim, I won't answer your last two notes here, because I have appreciated how on-topic this thread mostly has been. I am almost up to date on it now. I am going out to a movie to celebrate when I finish. ANY movie. My biggest problem is deciding which stocks to sell on Monday so I can buy more BCMD. Hopefully there will be more profit taking in BCMD on Monday so I can buy more shares cheaply. My own reading of the agreement was positive and I assume that those who have been selling have been the people who have held for many years and have been waiting to break even, as well as those who have bought in the last few months, locking in very good profits. I think there's potential in this company. I don't know if Darlene's "10" is in the cards very soon, but I do think things look very positive. What I'd like to do is put enough into it to possibly make up the VVUS options losses. :-) Linda
