Anyone know anything about the following news item. Seems the gentleman left Zitel to join the board of another company, but the release makes it sound like he actually negotiated some business for Zitel.

Martin Samuels brings to the board some 25 years of broad entrepreneurial, strategic business
planning and professional investing experience. Having designed Y2K Strategies Corp., a liaison
company, Mr. Samuels has been responsible for identifying, negotiating with and contracting with the
Year 2000 tool providers and systems integrators (representative clients include Zitel Corporation
[Nasdaq:ZITL - news], Nasdaq ZITL, and Answer Think Consulting Group ACG). YSC also
works with significant public and private sector institutions in identifying, coordinating and fulfilling
their Year 2000 remediation requirements. Mr. Samuels is a graduate of both the University of
California and holds and MA from John F. Kennedy University.
