Good question... honestly, I have no clue... gold did hit the major downside VP of 1664.00 and then rallied, but the rally appears to have fizzled for the moment... if gold goes back to that VP, then I think we could see another leg lower, but I have absolutely no clue where it could go, if at all... clearly, the U.S. Dollar has firmed up significantly in recent weeks and that seems to have put a damper on the precious metals, at least for now... so, for now I'm short silver and long the dollar and will keep a smart trailing stop on both...

I just plugged April gold into my SP model... if we take out those recent lows, then the next lower VP for April gold would be 1637.50... of course, if I had to buy either gold or silver, I would definitely buy the gold, although I'm not buying either one right now, silver looks like the sick sister of the two, I'm short silver and I think it looks like it could still move lower from here...IMHO
