FYI, I will be in SLC for spring break for skiing (Alta is awesome--I go there every year!). First week of March. Isn't the shareholders meeting too late for good skiing?

Re. Party in Utah Trufflette--- I'm For it if IOM breaks 40 or 20 after the split . Maybe we can get the Company to pick up some of the entertainment -- or not.
