There is a pretty huge difference between what Bush did in this respect and what Obama did. Bush didn't corrupt the markets or the bankruptcy process and he didn't make the U.S. a stockholder, and he didn't fork over a substantial chunk of the company to the UAW. Bush was talking about LOANs.

There is just no similarity at all. The Bush loans were there to give the automakers a chance to make it to Chapter 11. Obama took them OUT of the normal Chapter 11 process.

I see why you might be attracted to mitt...you just can't make up your mind. It is either wrong to save GM or it's ok for Bush to do it...
