Tom, are you using an internet download or a direct dial download? I've used the internet download with no problems. Ron

I had the same problem with my old computer. It may be a process in the background or how Windows 95/Windows NT is installed. VV worked OK when I was running under Windows 3.1 but when I upgraded to Win95 and WinNT, it would freeze up. Would run it for 8-12 hours with no result. I also had a disk crash (not related to VV) and took it into computer store to repair. They suggested that I do a clean install of Win95 and then re-install my applications software after that. And I have had no problems since. It is a lot of trouble if it comes to that. It took me 2 days to re-install everything since have over 30 programs.
