(NASDAQ BB: AGTI) today announced that the Company has reached an agreement with Bingo Technologies Corporation of Nevada (BTC), whereby BTC will distribute two of AGT's MAX Bingo System products in certain bingo halls. The line of products to be distributed by BTC is the MAX(PLUS), fixed base system, and TurboMAX, the Company's speed game. BTC is a private company engaged in production and distribution of its own hand-held electronic bingo unit, a field in which it is one of the industry leaders. The Company is very pleased having established this relationship with BTC.
