Steve,

You have no argument from me regarding illegal short-selling. It creates an unfair playing field in any market thus the restriction permitting only the shorting only marginable stock, which also skews the marketplace with borrowed money.

I remind you of the very important data that S. Martin posted earlier:

Just look at all of that stock!!!! Do you think that the mmkrs would be continue to pursue a short position and put even more money on the line when the authorities are actively investigating this???

To believe this is inane. I'm going to see if a friend of mine will watch the lvl 2 on RMIL tomorrow so that you can see the individual buys and sells. If there was no stock available in this stock, it would seem likely that other mmkrs would be flocking to this market knowing that they can literally put the screws to a competing firm. They would jack up the price just to force their rival mmkrs to have to cover. But instead, no one seems to want to pop the price up.

Do you really think that every mmkr in this stock is still short??

Doesn't that defy credulity?? However, the fact that you all have taken delivery of your shares certainly provides a nice foundation under the price for anyone else who wants to sell, like maybe insiders??

Regards,

Ron
