Genesis 1:26 - Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness... If you take the statement seriously it would appear the " one God " was chosen or elected to that position by others who shared his image and likeness. The Trinity explanation doesn't work at all for me given his son, Jesus, didn't even exist nor, supposedly, did any other humans at the time. My personal belief is this or these murdering extraterrestrial assholes hijacked an original ' good book ' and patterned a belief for their twisted entertainment. Your God and his cohorts never created anyone as that was accomplished by a previous, decent, extraterrestrial or extraterrestrials. In other words, much of the Bible is plagiarism excepting the gawd awful parts.
