Well Zeev there's not much to support that thought except for the fact that IF Cap Guardian did annouce their 10%+ holding in IPM in June, then they did probably because these 2 purchases took them over that 10% mark. If that be the case, and it was done intentionally and they tried to trump up the price because of their announcement, it failed.....Their average trade appears to be about $8.75 when they bought during May and the average sale price when they sold in July / August appears to be $6.25 (skimming through the list). Problem now is if they are now under the 10% disclosure mark, we cannot tell if they are still dumping stock!
I think the CL unmasking happened in July and that to me caused more concern to everyone than anything since (except for the last Co. PR). Maybe that had more to do with Cap Guardian selling.
