RE: and start to have IOS systems on the desktop and server

iOS as a server operating system. You are a model Apple investor for sure.

heh heh, I am not an apple investor. I am just a trader that see the product roll out this year as significant. In all likelyhood, I will be gone after 4Q earning. So I am not bias to how this evolution will play out.

Do you remember Linux and how they become server of choice today? Unix start out as an alternative OS for academic and scientific community to IBM system 370. Over time, application and software were added to make it a bulletproof server today. Same as IOS, it is a consumer OS for mobile device but over time it is going to migrate to desktop. For corporation, there is a big desire to support only one platform because of training cost, application cost, and support cost. Right now Ipad is invading the corporate IT environment and take up their budget, personnel and space. And they will be pushing for some kind of resolution.. i.e. either Window win the corporate war and Apple will.. And after that it will be IOS vs Unix...Mac is coming from Unix based and Apple is trying to merge the two so it is not too far fetch to say that there will be some kind of possibility in the future (but Apple has to win the desktop war first)...
