Dale I think the market was so fixated on the Miocene, they ignored the Oligocene news. It is soming back now. At least CEN isn't overbought any more. I'm off to Investor Village to see what the cognoscenti think. Edit: this is worth reading if unethical -- investorvillage.com LC

Regarding the CEN news you have two factors working against you. First of all I construe the recent news as negative in the Oligcene because the porosity was only 12%. A rule of thumb: a commercial find requires a porosity above 15%. The second reason is macro related evidenced by the generally poor tape. The inflation sectors have remained under pressure for a month now because there has been negligible money supply growth in the USA during the past month.
