Mike,
"particularly ones buyable by US investors" ... everything is buyable
with the right broker. I heard Fido can buy most easily on foreign exchanges.
Other firms also have a foreign trading desk.

For me, every stock is a "foreign stock". In search for value you have to
follow the goodies - they won't come to you home place for "easy access"
