Danotx,
This is not at all uncommon and with small companies is typical. The shares and warrants that people get who are involved with the company are distributed depending on economic health of the company. Shulteis got involved with the company when his shares were worth very little and when the company did not want to have to pay large sums for promotion. He has also worked closly with Robert Cohen and Associates in the past on successful deals. The company has had other Promotion people in the past who have not done very good work. This one is better then the others. He took a risk and will reap benefit for the risk disproportionate to his fees if he had charged on a monthly basis. That at least keeps him motivated to work towards shareholder value IMHO. The one before this was Ron Stabiner from Wall Street Group 212-888-4848. I don't think he got shares but maybe. Call him up and ask what he thinks of our AIPN now. I'm sure he would love to hear from you. :)
