Options question.

I was wondering with the amount of IOM November calls that finished in the money what can we expect on Monday? For example(I don't have the exact numbers, but please bare with me)

Lets say that there were 10000 Nov 30 calls that were open as of market close on Friday. IOM closed at 31 13/16 meaning these shares were in the money by 1 13/16. Can we expect some buying pressure to cover these shares?? What are the mechanics involved??

I would imagine the great % of these calls are covered. Just wondering if in the money options have a short term effect on a stock price.

Thanks for your help

Stacy
