I think that's the case also TC. That's the essence of what DD posted. I understand that Michael and company think it's wrong to disseminate certain info over the phone, but until I see someone state the "rules" for disseminating information in a "sanctioned" forum, I really can't take a position on that. In so far as insider trading, I think my position all along has been as you stated, unless someone made money(or limited losses) based on the information, it does not fall under "insider trading".

Don't get me wrong, I understand there are certain things management shouldn't release, but the manner in which they release it, and the type of news that should only be released "publicly", is still a mystery to me.
