I think you will get much more reliable informtion on that question by directing it right to the law firms involved. Why do people seem to think that SI is a good source for factual information? Especially when a reliable alternative is so easily availible? Remember, if you chose to participate in the class action then you are the lawyers' customers. May as well take advantage of that.
