Pancho RE: BFIT I never invest (or speculate) in a stock on the basis of what someone else says. But I do listen to others for ideas, especially when the author seems thoughtful and not prone to hype. Glad to hear of your extensive background. BFIT seems like a long steady short, rather than a volatile fast mover like the y2k or internet stocks. It does seem to have a much bigger downside potential than upside potential. Another stock I'm looking at is Showboat Inc. (SBO). It has pretty poor fundamentals, is unlikely to make a big move up. My trigger on this stock is that it's listed as one of the most overvalued stocks listed on the MBAnalysis - Short Shots Stock Screen. If you have time, I'd love another opinion on SBO. mbanalysis.com I'm still short DDIM, COPY, YHOO, AVNT, AOL. Doing well on all of them except AOL & YHOO where I'm a little down. I think it's worth while to keep a position in these Internet plays, though. When they fall, they'll fall fast. They are momentum stocks, and the momentum has slowed. I'm considering taking profits on AVNT & DDIM. COPY's a dead duck. I think it's played Lazarus for the last time. I'm considering re-shorting DELL. I took profits after the recent drop, but it hasn't bounced as high as I expected on it's rebound. I'll wait till after the release of earnings though.
