We are already seeing capital flight with Corporations keeping their profits offshore. Individuals are still trying to keep the Swiss Bank accounts secret and many are simply packing up and leaving and renouncing citizenship. There goes the capital. See what Detroit looks like today? Coming to every city in the U.S. unless things change.
