Lindsey, the one problem that a Oak suiter is going to have it was buy out would be the pending lawsuit. I think that if anyone was going to buy this company they would have bought it a couple of months ago when the stock was in the 10-12 range. If I was interested in buying this company the one question or concern I would have is why is it SO cheap. I would think that a buyer would be leary of such a "Good Deal".
