Only the conservatives and moderates on the court will rule based on the Constitution, all the others will rule like politicians. If the Supremes are going to be politicians, bye bye lifetime appointments, there needs to be elections every few years to kick the bums out. I don't like the political side. The Supremes are supossed to provide some balance of power not just be puppets of Obama. That is the real problem. Where are the checks and balances? We are headed straight towards tyrrany the more liberals that are on the court who decided cases based solely on politics or personal ideology. By the way did you see the latest CBO estimate of costs for Obamacare? Cost is closer to $2T COST rather than any kind of savings over 10 years.
